This is a bolt end piece of the fabulous Folk Art Ottoman upholstery and craft fabric.
It measures 110cm long by 140cm wide.

This is an Ottoman fabric, which refers only to the fact that it has a slightly ribbed texture, although it's not pronounced on this particular fabric and it feels and looks more like a dense, stiff canvas. As it's an Ottoman fabric it's not suitable for dressmaking.
It's the perfect furnishing and upholstery fabric - wonderful for recovering chairs, footstools and of course ottomans! But it's also perfect for bagmaking, throws, table coverings and a host of other crafts plus heavier curtains.
The Martindale rub-test number for this fabric is 18000.
Composition: 75% cotton, 25% polyester
Care: Machine wash 30 degrees. Warm iron. Can be tumble dried on low heat. Can be dry cleaned (P).

As ever, it's always best to wash any fabric, regardless of composition or type, before sewing to account for any shrinkage.
