Organic double gauze fabric, plain solid, Aubergine - GOTS - per half metre

Gorgeous new shade of soft plain coloured 100% organic cotton double gauze fabric by Poppy Europe! This is Aubergine and I love it so very much!  

It's both GOTS certified and carries the Oeko-Tex 100 Standard, so it's certified free from harmful substances. It's perfect for lovely adult clothing including dresses, shirts and skirts, and for babies and children. 

I've used this wonderful double gauze myself in various colours to make tunic tops and dresses and it washes and sews beautifully! 

Composition: 100% organic cotton 

Care: Machine wash at 30 degrees. Cool iron. Do not tumble dry. Can be dry cleaned.

Weight: 125 g/m2

As ever, it's always best to wash any fabric, regardless of composition or type, before sewing to account for any shrinkage.
