Organic cotton double gauze fabric, Cognac - GOTS - per half metre

Gorgeous soft plain coloured 100% organic cotton double gauze fabric in a solid rich cognac brown colour - a really beautiful brand new shade by Poppy Europe.  

This organic double gauze is both GOTS certified and carries the Oeko-Tex 100 Standard, so it's certified free from harmful substances, which makes it ideal for babies, children and of course lovely adult clothing including dresses, shirts and skirts. 

I've used this wonderful double gauze myself in various colours to make tunic tops and dresses and it washes and sews beautifully! 

Composition: 100% organic cotton 

Care: Machine wash at 30 degrees. Cool iron. Do not tumble dry. Can be dry cleaned.

Weight: 125 g/m2

As ever, it's always best to wash any fabric, regardless of composition or type, before sewing to account for any shrinkage.
