Gingham checked fabric, yarn dyed, Old Rose Pink - Oeko-Tex - per half metre

Very lovely, yarn-dyed 100% cotton gingham fabric with a 8.5 mm check in a beautiful old rose pink and ivory colour.

It's yarn dyed, which means the yarn is dyed before the fabric is woven, so the checks are the same on both sides of the fabric. It's Oeko-Tex Standard so it's certified safe from harmful substances. 

Perfect for dressmaking including dresses, shirts, skirts, blouses and tunics but also for crafts and light home furnishings.  

N.B. Five metres of this bolt of gorgeous fabric was chosen and bought by a customer and imported it for them under my Buy Bespoke For Markers scheme. 

Composition: 100% cotton

Care: Machine wash at 30 degrees centigrade. Medium iron. Tumble dry on low heat.

Weight: 110 g/m2

As ever, it's always best to wash any fabric, regardless of composition or type, before sewing to account for any shrinkage.
