This beautiful fabric is not deadstock. It is an end-of-line-design from Poppy Europe and part of my Bargain Fabrics collection. 

Fabulous unusual nautical print of whales (some wearing jumpers!), seagulls, seashells and compasses on a marled grey background, this is a soft jersey fabric by Poppy Europe. The perfect material for a wide range of clothing for adults and children including tops, t-shirts, tunics, dresses, skirts, shorts, loungewear, PJs and trousers. 

It has the Oeko-Tex 100 Standard, so it's guaranteed free from harmful substances. Poppy Europe jersey fabrics are some of the very best you can buy. I've used them myself many times and they wash and sew beautifully as well as being gorgeous to wear. 

All the Poppy Europe fabrics in my Bargain Fabrics collection were bought and imported by me direct from them in the Netherlands; they are fabrics which they had in their sale and I'm passing that sale discount on to you! 

Composition: 95% cotton, 5% Elastane 

Width: 150 cm 

Weight: 200 g/m²

Care: Machine wash at 30 degrees centigrade. Medium iron. Do not tumble dry. Can be dry cleaned.

As ever, it's always best to wash any fabric, regardless of composition or type, before sewing to account for any shrinkage.
