Wonderful very soft fleece-back sweater and sweatshirt fabric, often called an Alpine sweat, by the iconic German brand Swafing. It has a very cute and beautiful print of little toadstools, acorns, flowers and leaves on a marled ecru-ivory background. I love this gorgeous fabric! 

This is the perfect high-quality material for a wide range of clothing including dresses, sweatshirts, sweaters, hoodies, PJs, long-sleeved tops, t-shirts, tunics, loungewear and trousers.   

It has good stretch in the horizontal direction (across the body) and a tiny bit of stretch in the vertical direction.

Composition: 50% cotton, 40% polyester, 5% elastane 

Width: 147 cm 

Weight: 320 g/m²

Care: Machine wash at 30 degrees centigrade. Cool iron on reverse. Do not tumble dry. Can be dry cleaned.

As ever, it's always best to wash any fabric, regardless of composition or type, before sewing to account for any shrinkage.
