Flowers and Birds watercolour cotton-mix canvas fabric - per half metre

Beautiful soft hardwearing cotton-polyester canvas fabric with a very unusual mid-size print of hand-drawn flowers, birds (swallows or swifts?) and butterflies on an ivory background by Swafing. 

I can't imagine the self-restraint it took for the designer not to just colour everything in! But I'm glad they didn't because that's exactly what makes this print so very special. 

A high-quality canvas, it's perfect for crafts, light upholstery, cushion covers, bags, tablecloths, napkins etc. I think it would also work for canvas clothing such as jackets.    

Composition: 80% cotton, 20% polyester 

Care: Machine wash at 30 degrees. Medium iron. Tumble dry on low heat. Can be dry cleaned.

Width: 140cm 

Weight: 200 g/m2

As ever, it's always best to wash any fabric, regardless of composition or type, before sewing to account for any shrinkage.
