Very lovely lilac-lavender coloured 100% washed cotton slub fabric by Poppy Europe. I love this fabric because it has a slight crinkly look and feel to it with a crosshatch effect; like a good old-fashioned cheesecloth! Such a gorgeous colour and so soft! 

It has the Oeko-Tex 100 Standard, which means it's guaranteed free from harmful substances. Perfect for all kinds of clothing for adults and children including dresses, blouses, tunic tops, trousers and skirts. I have used this fabric myself to make a top and it sews and washes beautifully - it does tighten up slightly but not a lot.  

Composition: 100% Cotton 

Width: 130 cm 

Weight: 120 g/m²

Care: Machine wash at 30 degrees. Cool-medium iron. Do not tumble dry. Do not dry clean.

As ever, it's always best to wash any fabric, regardless of composition or type, before sewing to account for any shrinkage.

N.B. the photos of the lady in the dress are obviously not this colour! They are the pickle-green version and just so you can see the texture!
