This fabric is not deadstock. It is an end-of-line design by Mutsaers Textiles and part of my Bargain Fabrics collection. 

Adorable brightly coloured soft waffle jersey fabric with retro-style flowers in reds and pinks and ivory; I swear I had a beach top in this fabric as a child in the 1970s! This is a soft small waffle jersey - waffley squares are very small! It has great stretch in the horizontal direction and only a bit of stretch in the vertical direction. 

The perfect material for a wide range of clothing for adults and children including tops, t-shirts, tunics, dresses, skirts, shorts, loungewear and trousers. 

It has the Oeko-Tex 100 Standard, so it's guaranteed free from harmful substances. All the Mutsaers fabrics in my Bargain Fabrics collection were bought and imported by me direct from them in the Netherlands; they are fabrics which they had in their sale and I'm passing that sale discount on to you! 

Composition: 95% cotton, 5% Lycra 

Width: 140 cm 

Weight: 250 g/m²

Care: Machine wash at 30 degrees centigrade. Medium iron. Do not tumble dry. Can be dry cleaned.

As ever, it's always best to wash any fabric, regardless of composition or type, before sewing to account for any shrinkage.
