Utterly gorgeous soft-feel velvet home decor and crafts fabric with a detailed print of flowers in a block-print design in shades of pink and turquoise-aqua by Bienvenido Colorido for the iconic German designer-fabric brand Swafing. Yes, I bought this so I can use it myself haha! I love it!   

A very high-quality fabric it's perfect for all kinds of projects including bags, purses, cushion covers, gifts etc. You could use it for clothing but it's quite heavy with only a small amount of drape so really you'd only want to go for jackets or tunic dresses, maybe trousers. 

N.B. I only have a small amount of this fabric and I can't get any more - it's already sold out at Swafing!  

The repeat on this fabric is 16cm in the vertical direction.   

Composition: 100% polyester  

Care: Machine wash at 30 degrees. Low iron. Do not tumble dry. Can be dry cleaned.

Width: 140 cm 

Weight: 300 g/m2

As ever, it's always best to wash any fabric, regardless of composition or type, before sewing to account for any shrinkage.
