This fabric is not deadstock. It is an end-of-line design by Swafing and part of my Bargain Fabrics collection. 

Beautiful floral cotton satin fabric with a gorgeous very detailed print in pinks and greens on an ivory background, this is an outstanding-quality designer fabric by the iconic German brand Swafing. So lovely!  

It has decent stretch in the horizontal direction, none in the vertical direction. It has the Oeko-Tex 100 Standard and is perfect for dresses, blouses, shirts, skirts, jackets and trousers.

Composition: 97% cotton, 3% elastane

Care: Machine wash at 30 degrees centigrade. Iron on low / medium. Do not tumble dry. Can be dry cleaned.

Width: 140 cm

Weight: 205 g/m2

As ever, it's always best to wash any fabric, regardless of composition or type, before sewing to account for any shrinkage.
