This fabric is not deadstock. It is an end-of-line design by Swafing.   

Wonderful and unusual pique jersey fabric with an abstract print in greens and browns on an off-white background by the iconic German designer-fabric brand, Swafing - so soft and lovely!    

This is a textured pique jersey so it's slightly lighter weight, has a higher percentage of cotton, and is very soft and breathable. It's Oeko-Tex Standard certified, so it's free from harmful substances. Perfect for all kinds of clothing including dresses, tops, tunics, t-shirts, leggings, PJs and much more for both children and adults. 

Composition: 97% Cotton, 3% elastane 

Care: Machine wash at 30 degrees centigrade. Do not tumble dry. Cool iron. Can be dry cleaned.

Width: 160cm

Weight: 170 g/m2 

As ever, it's always best to wash any fabric, regardless of composition or type, before sewing to account for any shrinkage.
